The lack of a refrigerator and kettle in the room was a significant oversight. I had to pay for hot drinks in the foyer. this felt inconvenient for a hotel of this supposed standard.

the cleanliness was not acceptable there was dust and hair in the bathroom i also found the noise from the street quite disruptive especially at night it made it difficult to sleep the bed was also uncomfortably firm.

the breakfast selection was quite excellent , it had a wide variety of options. the location proved convenient, especially its proximity to the main station. i found the bed to be very comfortable , it ensured a restful sleep.

i noticed the room lights could be brighter , this would improve visibility without relying solely on natural light.

The hotel has an excellent location! the cathedral and main station are a ten minute walk. breakfast offered a very good variety of choices, it was delicious. staff were helpful and friendly. They offered tourist information and stored my bag.

The room lights could be brighter. I needed to open the window for natural light.
